This is a collection of items I've ripped from various other paks I found on the web around late 2007. Some of the items are custom things I myself made.
Some of the items may be low quality, as they are older and come from a time before players prefered higher resolution images.
Some may be in formats not entirely compatible with whatever Quake2 client or renderer you are using. All items are offered AS-IS.
It's been over 15 years since I collected most of this stuff. I don't have access to many of image programs I used back then, so it may be impossible to create updated preview images for some items.
If any of the images will not display properly or you have any issues using them, you can post a question about it on the Tastyspleen forums and I will try to help as best as I can. I make no guarantees.
I have archived individual pak file items in order to make it easier for you to piece together and create your own fully customized Quake2 pak file.
You will find customized health and ammo HUD numbers, weapon icons, health icons, powerup icons, custom console characters, even customized menu banners, as well as sounds for everything.
All of the items are downloadable in ZIP files. If you do not already have one, you will need a special program for browsing and creating PAK files.
